Operation and Maintenance

MACE has been operating and maintaining millions of meters of pipelines, tens of thousands of associated structures, and tens of pumping stations for over 20 years in Qatar and other Gulf countries.

This type of work is different from standard construction contract work. It is managed using a computerized maintenance management system that monitors and controls all asset data, vehicles, equipment, maintenance activities (preventive and call-out), call center activities, scheduling, dispatch room operations, emergency repair work, costs, invoicing, feedback and reports. The Drainage Network Operations & Maintenance Department is responsible for all necessary arrangements related to the operation and maintenance of drainage networks,  including the following tasks in particular:

Operating and maintaining the treatment plants, pumping stations, and all kinds of networks, including sewage, groundwater, and treated water networks.

Managing and operating the maintenance workshops for sewage networks.

Carrying out emergency maintenance and responding to customer complaints.

Monitoring all the equipment used to maintain the sewage systems.

Flood Mitigation during the Rainy Season.
