Our large fleet of specialized high-pressure water cleaning units and combination jetting/vacuum units can remove a range of materials from sewers and drains, including tree roots, debris, deposits, filtrates, sediment, silt, grease and sludge. Our mobile cleaning and recycling units not only remove debris from pipes, but also recycle wastewater on-site to aid the cleaning process and further reduce the volume of waste to be disposed of at a licensed facility. Our sophisticated closed circuit television (CCTV) surveying system covering diameters from 100mm to 2400mm is used to examine the condition of sewer pipes for blockages, leaks, and condition assessment. This innovative solution helps clients plan cleaning schedules and future maintenance works and limits the occurrence of unplanned downtime.
MACE Qatar packages a number of high-technology solutions for sewerage inspection equipment, including 3D scanning for pipelines and manholes and conventional cameras for large diameters. Recorded footage and reports are provided to clients to enable the understanding of pipeline conditions and action required to maintain proper operation of the asset.
