MACE Qatar has been contracted to do the following works in partnership with Al-Badiya Trading and Contracting:

  • Demolition of existing ceiling and removal of ceiling debris and storage of inventory of installed light fixtures.

  • Chipping and cutting to remove spalled concrete with at least 15mm behind the rebar.

  • Checking the rebar condition, cleaning, and if corroded beyond 25% area, replacing it with new steel and applying a zinc-rich coating for corrosion protection.

  • Form and pump using OVM equipment under a minimum pressure of 5 bars.

  • Supply and apply all materials from DCP.

  • Protection board to protect installed tiles.
